Travel Protection
Missing a vacation is bad enough…losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Because all of trips/cruises are non-refundable and non-transferable, travel insurance is therefore highly recommended for this cruise. Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured. Quotes will be provided after booking.
TRAVEL NOTES
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before October 26, 2026.
All prices are based on the prevailing rates of the cruise in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the cruise rate increases, Addy and Terry Travel reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from price fluctuation.
Please note, when purchasing your flight, you pick your ship check-in time through the Virgin Voyages app. Please schedule your flight departing Los Angeles, California no earlier than 11:30am to allow for travel time from cruise port to airport.
Please note you should begin looking for flights 6-9 months before the cruise. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping.When making your flight arrangements, you will fly into/out of LAX, Los Angeles International Airport.
Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.

The deposit to book the cruise is 20% of the cruise fare. For example, if the total cost of your cruise is $3000 the deposit will be approximately $600. This should calculate for you on the booking form.

The final payment date is 120 days prior to the voyage start date: December 27, 2025. We recommend making the payment at least one day earlier in case there are any payment issues.

It is optional but highly recommended. Addy will provide quotes for travel protection through the cruise line and through several private insurers.

No. Group activities are exclusively for guests who make direct reservations with Addy and Terry. While you're more than welcome to independently book a cruise, just know that our primary focus and events will revolve around our official Group.

Possibly. The answer is no if you book a solo cabin. Virgin Voyages has two types of solo cabins: an Insider cabin category and a Seaview category. They also offer a select few Sea Terrace cabins for solo passengers.
Solo cabins are limited, so book early!
For other cabins, single supplements on Virgin Voyages range from 75 to 100 percent of double occupancy rates.

Yes! Just let Addy know before booking.
If you have a My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV) Placeholder, we can convert it to a Group Booking. Your $300 Discount and $600 Sailor Loot will apply. The additional Sailor Loot is combinable with your MNVV.
Exclusions: If your MNVV is attached to a travel agency, we cannot apply that to our group. Only MNVV's purchased directly from Virgin Voyages or Addy and Terry can be used.
Addy and Terry Group Cruise Terms and Conditions
Addy and Terry group Cruise Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. The current terms are correct as of January 1, 2023.
All references to "The Organizers" shall be understood to include Bibb Consulting, LLC doing business as Addy and Terry Travel and persons affiliated through ownership with the owners of Bibb Consulting, LLC and Addy and Terry Travel. All references to "Windstar Cruises" shall be understood to mean Windstar Cruise, an affiliate of Xanterra Travel Collection.
Upon booking this cruise, the guest’s consent to the Virgin Voyages Ticket Contract. The organizers bear no responsibility for any changes to the cruise or cancellation of the voyage. Any grievances or concerns regarding the cruise should be directed to Virgin Voyages.
In the event that the group cruise is unable to proceed or if Addy and/or Terry are unable to participate due any reason, the guest is not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation.
All activities and events are subject to modification or cancellation with no notice. In the event an activity is cancelled the guest is not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation.
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our TERMS & CONDITIONS.
All payments to Addy and Terry Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Addy and Terry Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
Any reward points are at the discretion of the hotel.

Seat assignments ARE at the discretion of airlines. Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class.

When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan option. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
Late payment of $150 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
