The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Addy and Terry Travel and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
Booking and Payments:
Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Addy and Terry Travel. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent via email upon receipt of full payment.
Payment: Full payment is required to secure your reservation, unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and bank transfers.
Pricing: Prices quoted are in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed. Special promotions or discounts may have specific terms and conditions that apply.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel package, service, or supplier. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us directly for details.
A $25 per booking service fee will be charged by Prestige Travel Systems for any reservation cancelled after deposit is paid. This fee increases to $50 after final payment is made. This fee is separate from any travel company imposed penalties.
Refunds: Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy of the respective supplier or service provider. Addy and Terry Travel may charge a processing fee for cancellations.
Travel Documents:
Passports and Visas: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents required for their destination. Addy and Terry Travel can provide guidance, but ultimate responsibility rests with the traveler.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
Responsibilities and Liabilities:
Third-Party Suppliers: Addy and Terry Travel acts as a booking agent for various third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the acts or omissions of these suppliers.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Addy and Terry Travel be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of our services.
Miscellaneous:
Amendments: Addy and Terry Travel reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Sates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
